“动留针术”治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察“动留针术”与普通针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕的临床疗效。方法 将60例椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组予“动留针术”治疗,对照组予普通针刺治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、颈源性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)评分、颈椎动脉彩超,并进行疗效评价。结果 治疗后两组患者眩晕症状均缓解,动留针术治疗组总有效率93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%。两组治疗前VAS评分与ESCV评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后两组的VAS评分与ESCV评分均较治疗前改善(P <0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者的双侧颈椎动脉彩超情况治疗后均较治疗前改善(P <0.05),且治疗组颈椎动脉彩超改善效果优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 动留针术与普通针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕均有效,且动留针术治疗效果总有效率优于普通针刺治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of"dynamic retention acupuncture"and general acupuncture in the treatment of vertigo in vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods:60 patients with vertebral artery type cervical dizziness were randomly divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with"dynamic retention acupuncture",while the control group was treated with general acupuncture.The visual analogue score(VAS),the Evaluation of Symptoms and Functioning of Cervical Vertigo Scale(ESCV)score,carotid artery ultrasound and the efficacy evaluation were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the vertigo symptoms were relieved in both groups,with a total effective rate of 93.33%in the dynamic retention acupuncture treatment group and 80.00%in the general acupuncture control group.The VAS scores and ESCV scores were comparable between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores and ESCV scores of both groups improved compared to those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Bilateral carotid artery ultrasound in both groups improved after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in carotid artery ultrasound in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of vertigo in vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis is effective with both dynamic retention acupuncture and general acupuncture,and the treatment effect of dynamic retention acupuncture is better than that of general acupuncture.
