摘　　要：目的 观察电针双侧晕听区配合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗颈源性眩晕的疗效。方法 将114例颈源性眩晕患者随机分为观察组与对照组各57例。对照组口服甲磺酸倍他司汀片,观察组在对照组基础上采用电针双侧晕听区。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状[颈源性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)评分]、经颅多普勒超声检测仪(TCD)[椎-基底动脉血流速度左侧椎动脉(RVA)、右侧椎动脉(LVA)及基底动脉(BA)]、实验室检查[C反应蛋白(CRP)、血浆内皮素(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)]的变化。结果 观察组总有效率为89.47%,高于对照组的77.19%(P <0.05)。治疗后观察组临床症状评分、RVA、LVA、BA血流速度,CRP、ET-1、NO水平改善均较对照组明显(P <0.05)。结论 电针双侧晕听区配合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗颈源性眩晕的临床疗效较好,可有效缓解头晕、头痛症状,改善颈部血液循环及脑部供血,进而改善临床症状,且安全性良好。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture in bilateral vertigo-auditory areas combined with betahistine mesylate tablets in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods:A total of 114 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral betahistine mesylate tablets,and the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group for vertigo-auditory areas.The clinical symptoms[(ESCV)score],transcranial Doppler ultrasonography(TCD),changes in flow velocity(RVA,LVA,BA)],laboratory tests[C-reactive protein(CRP),plasma endothelin(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)J before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.47%,the total effective rate of the control group was 77.19%,and the diference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Affer treatment,the clinical symptom scores,RVA、LVA、BA blood flow velocity and laboratory tests(CRP,ET-1 and NO levels)in the observation group were significantly improved than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture in bilateral vertigo-auditory areas combined with betahistine mesylate tablets has a good clinical effect in the treatment of cervical vertigo.It can effectively relieve dizziness and headache symptoms,improve neck blood circulation and brain blood supply,and further improve clinical outcomes.symptoms with good safety.
