贺诚卫生思想及其现实启示

摘　　要：新中国成立后,党和政府高度重视卫生工作。作为军委卫生部长和人民政府卫生部副部长的贺诚曾多次实地访问、视察卫生工作,对建国初期的卫生工作做出重要指导,并形成了关于卫生工作的一系列重要思想:以预防为主的卫生工作总方针;以全心全意为人民服务为卫生工作的基本立场;以卫生队伍全面发展为卫生工作的中心任务;以坚持发展军事医学科技作为卫生发展的战略导向。这些思想对新中国卫生事业的发展发挥了重要的指导作用。After the founding of New China,the Party and the government attached great importance to health work.As the minister of health of the military commission and the deputy minister of health of the people's government,He Cheng made many field visits to inspect the health work,which gave important guidance to the health work in the early days of the People's Republic of China,and formed a series of important thoughts on the health work:the general policy of health work with prevention as the main;taking serving the people wholeheartedly as the basic position of health work;taking the comprehensive development of the health workforce as the central task of health work;persisting the development of military medical science and technology as the strategic direction of health development.These thoughts have played an important guiding role in the development of health und ertakings in new China.
