摘　　要：目的:比较吗啉硝唑和奥硝唑联合头孢呋辛治疗剖宫产术后发热的疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析某院2021年1~12月使用吗啉硝唑和奥硝唑联合头孢呋辛治疗剖宫产术后发热的患者104例作为研究对象,按药物不同分为研究组和对照组,每组52例。研究组(静脉滴注吗啉硝唑氯化钠注射液100ml∶0.5g,bid,联合静脉滴注头孢呋辛钠1.5g,bid),对照组(静脉滴注奥硝唑氯化钠注射液100ml∶0.5g,bid,联合静脉滴注头孢呋辛钠1.5g,bid),疗程均为3天。收集患者治疗期间的临床疗效数据和不良反应数据,进行分析和评价。结果:给药后,研究组有50例、对照组有43例患者体温下降到正常范围;研究组有50例、对照组有43例患者白细胞计数正常;研究组和对照组均无肝肾功能异常情况。研究组不良反应发生率(3.85%)低于对照组(7.69%,P<0.05)。结论:与奥硝唑相比,吗啉硝唑联合头孢呋辛治疗剖宫产术后发热临床效果更好,且不良反应可控。Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of morpholinidazole vs.ornidazole in combination with cefuroxime in the treatment of fever after cesarean section.Methods:104 patients with fever after cesarean section treated with morpholinidazole vs.ornidazole in combination with cefuroxime in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021were retrospectively analyzed,52 patients each for study group.The study group(intravenous injection of 100 ml:0.5 g of morpholinidazole in sodium chloride injection,bid,in combination with intravenous infusion of cefuroxime sodium 1.5g,bid)and,control group(intravenous injection of 100 ml:0.5 g of ornidazole in sodium chloride injection,bid,in combination with intravenous infusion of cefuroxime sodium 1.5g,bid),stratifying by investigational drug they received,dosing for 3 days.Clinical efficacy data and adverse reaction data during treatment were collected for analysis and evaluation.Results:After dosing,50 patients in the study group and 43 patients in the control group had their temperature drop to normal range and normal white blood cell count;neither study group nor control group had abnormal liver and kidney function.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(3.85%)was lower than that in the control group(7.69%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Morinonidazole combined with cefuroxime in the treatment of fever after cesarean section has a significant clinical efficacy and controllable adverse reactions.
