益心舒胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探究冠心病心绞痛患者治疗中应用益心舒胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法:选取湖北科技学院附属第二医院2021年5月至2022年5月收治的52例冠心病心绞痛患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组26例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合益心舒胶囊治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、血液流变学指标。结果:观察组患者总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的69.23%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后纤维蛋白原、全血比黏度、红细胞沉降率均低于对照组,红细胞压积高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病心绞痛患者采用益心舒胶囊治疗,可提高临床疗效,改善血液流变学指标。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yixinshu capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 52 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hubei University of Science and Technology from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was combined with Yixinshu capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and hemorheology indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%,higher than 69.23%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Fibrinogen,whole blood specific viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while hematocrit was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yixinshu capsule can improve clinical efficacy and hemorheology index in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
