《胃肠健康,生命之道》通识课教学效果分析

摘　　要：目的对通识课《胃肠健康,生命之道》的教学效果进行分析。方法2020年12月—2021年12月,对中山大学深圳校区选修了该课程的199名学生与未选课的120名学生采用胃肠知识调查问卷进行调查,问卷包括了大学生胃肠健康知识来源、选课目的、不良胃肠生活习惯、是否有意识预防胃肠道疾病、是否关注胃肠健康、医生建议行胃肠镜检查是否同意、思政元素融入情况等,根据调查结果进行分析。结果大学生了解胃肠道知识途径多种多样;大部分的学生是因为兴趣及扩大知识面选修该课程的,只有极少部分是单纯为了学分选修该课程。选课组与未选课组对不良胃肠生活习惯、预防胃肠道疾病、关注有无胃肠道不适及是否接受性胃肠镜检查方面组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。95.7%的学生学习了这门课程后将会多注意自己有无消化道不适,而且87.2%的学生表示以后会注意观察自己的大便情况,98.4%的学生将会尝试改变自己的不良习惯;学生们体会到各思政元素的比例为47.8%~90.2%。结论该课程的开设有效提高了学生对胃肠健康知识的了解,向学生们传播了良好的胃肠健康生活理念。Objective This paper analyzes the feasibility and effectiveness of the general course Gastrointestinal health,The Way of Life to improve the gastrointestinal health related knowledge and ideological and political elements in college students.Methods In 2020 and 2021,199 elective students and 120 non-elective students of the course Gastrointestinal Health,the Way of Life in Shenzhen campus of Sun Yatsen University were investigated by using Gastrointestinal Knowledge Questionnaire.The questionnaire investigated the sources of gastrointestinal health knowledge,the purpose of course selection,unhealthy gastrointestinal habits,prevention of gastrointestinal diseases,whether students pay attention to gastrointestinal health,whether they agree to undergo gastrointestinal endoscopes,and whether the integration of ideological and political elements was successful.Finally,analysis is made according to the survey results.Results Most of the students learned gastrointestinal knowledge through Wechat,Microblog,Internet and related lectures.Most students take the course for interest and broadening their knowledge,and only a few take the course for credit alone.There were statistically significant differences in adverse gastrointestinal lifestyle,prevention of gastrointestinal diseases,concern about gastrointestinal discomfort and acceptance of gastrointestinal endoscopes between the elective and non-elective groups(P<0.05).95.7%of the students who take this course will pay more attention to whether they have digestive tract discomfort after learning this course,87.2%of the students will pay more attention to their stool situation,98.4%of the students will try to change their bad habits.The proportion of successful integration of ideological and political elements was 47.8%to 90.2%.Conclusion The public elective course Gastrointestinal health,The Way of Life can effectively improve students'understanding of gastrointestinal health knowledge,spread the concept of good gastrointestinal health life to college students,and success
