摘 要:本文对水库抗暴雨能力概念、内涵及计算方法进行了系统总结。针对超渗产流区中小型抗暴雨能力计算困难的问题,提出一种基于动态径流系数的抗暴雨能力计算方法,通过构建径流系数-前期影响雨量的相关关系,实现不同初始条件下的中小水库抗暴雨能力计算。以铁岭市昌图县红山水库为例进行应用分析,此方法可为超渗产流区中小水库抗暴雨能力计算提供依据,为防洪减灾决策提供支撑。In this paper,the reservoir ability to resist rain concept,connotation and calculation method is systematically summarized in this paper.In view of the difficulty in calculating the rainstorm resistance of small and medium-sized reservoirs in the superpermeable flow producing area,a calculation method of rainstorm resistance based on dynamic runoff coefficient was proposed.By constructing the correlation between runoff coefficient and previous influence rainfall,the rainstorm resistance of small and medium-sized reservoirs under different initial conditions could be calculated.Taking Hongshan Reservoir in Changtu County,Tieling City as an example,this method can provide a basis for the calculation of rainstorm resistance capacity of small and medium-sized reservoirs in the overflow flow producing area,and provide support for flood control and disaster reduction decision-making.
