摘　　要：吉林省是重要的商品粮生产基地,随着全省经济社会的快速发展和千亿斤粮食产能提升规划的深入实施,保障全省粮食综合生产能力日益受到各方重视,涝区治理问题也日渐突出。加快全省涝区治理、提升涝灾防御能力、提高涝区耕地粮食产量,对于促进吉林省农业可持续发展和进一步增加粮食产量,具有重要的战略意义。通过简述吉林省涝区现状和存在的问题,对涝灾形成的原因及损失情况进行了分析,并对涝区的治理提出了相应的对策及措施,对相关涝区治理具有一定的参考和借鉴意义。Jilin Province is an important commodity grain production base.With the rapid economic and social development of the whole province and the in-depth implementation of the plan to improve grain production capacity of 100 million kilograms,improving the comprehensive production capacity of grain in the province has increasingly received attention from all parties,and the problem of waterlogging area management is increasingly prominent.It has important strategic significance to accelerate the control of waterlogging areas,improve the prevention ability of waterlogging and increase the cultivated grain yield in waterlogging areas for promoting the sustainable development of agriculture and further increasing grain yield in Jilin Province.This paper briefly introduces the present situation and existing problems of waterlogging area in Jilin province,analyzes the causes and losses of waterlogging disaster,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures for the management of waterlogging area,which has certain reference and reference significance for the management of waterlogging area in the whole province.
