摘 要:炼化行业是碳排放重点行业之一,为响应国家“双碳”战略部署,应用热泵技术改变原有炼油过程能量梯级供给体系已成为一条有效科学路径。基于典型炼油企业在炼油过程中的热量需求与余热资源情况,炼化企业通过直接换热或热水间接换热的节能潜力已趋于瓶颈,集成热泵技术成为打破思维定势、突破瓶颈的新途径。通过有效能([火用])分析和碳排放分析,从理论的角度对比分析蒸汽供热和热泵供热(压缩式、吸收式)的关键节能因素,给出热泵技术在炼油过程应用的优选场景。最后,以中国石油哈尔滨石化公司热泵余热暖民项目为例,说明集成热泵技术在炼油行业节能降碳行动中效果显著。In response to the national strategy of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”,the application of heat pump technology has become an effective path to change the energy ladder supply system of refining process.Based on the heat demand and waste heat resource of PetroChina Harbin Petrochemical Company(HPC)in the refining process,it showed that the energy-saving potential of refining enterprises through direct heat exchange or hot water indirect heat exchange has reached a bottleneck.The integrated heat pump technology becomes another way to break the thinking pattern.Through exergy analysis and carbon emission analysis,the key energy-saving factors of steam heating and heat pump heating(compression type,absorption type)were compared and analyzed theoretically,and the optimal application scenario of heat pump technology in oil refining process was given.An example of HPC heat pump waste heat recovery project showed that the heat pump technology in refining industry energy saving and carbon reduction action was significant.
