摘　　要：提高农户农村基础设施投入水平是减轻财政负担、提高公共品供给效率的关键。利用8省711户农户实地调研数据,运用双变量Probit模型分析村庄治理对农户农村基础设施投入的影响,并基于农户分化视角探究其异质性。结果表明,村庄治理资源对农户投入存在“挤出效应”,治理水平存在“激励效应”;村庄治理资源和治理水平对农户投入形式及类型的影响存在差异;进一步的异质性分析表明,治理水平对兼业农户和非农户投入的激励作用更显著,正式治理对大农户、高收入农户投入的激励作用更显著,非正式治理对小农户、低收入农户投入的激励作用更显著。因此,建议政府持续加强财政投入力度,有效利用村庄治理资源、提高村庄治理水平,突出农村基础设施建设重点和优先序,探索不同类型农户差异化投入激励机制,进而提高农户农村基础设施投入水平。Improving the level of rural infrastructure input is the key to reduce the financial burden and improve the efficiency of public goods supply.With the survey data of 711 ruralhouseholds in 8 provinces,a bivariate probit model was established to analyze the impact of village governance on rural-households'input in rural infrastructure,and to explore its heterogeneity from the perspective of rural-households'differentiation.The results showed that governance resources have crowding-out effect on ruralhouseholds'input,and the governance level have incentive effect.There are differences in the impact of village governance resources and level on the forms and types of ruralhouseholds'input.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the governance level has more significant impacts on concurrent occupation ruralhouseholds and non-agriculture rural-households,while formal governance has more significant incentive effects on large rural-households and high-income households,and informal governance has more significant incentive effects on small rural-households and lowincome ruralhouseholds.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen financial investment,make effective use of village governance resources,improve the level of village governance,highlight the priorities of rural infrastructure construction,and explore the incentive mechanism for different types of rural-households'differentiated input,so as to improve the level of ruralhouseholds'input in rural infrastructure.
