摘 要:为探讨豆浆水浓度对宣纸润墨性的影响,本文通过自制浓度呈梯度变化的豆浆水对宣纸进行熟化处理,采用墨滴晕散实验,利用MATLAB编程,从墨滴晕散面积、墨滴形状以及墨滴灰度三个方面进行综合研究。结果表明:当豆浆水浓度在0~12wt.%之间时,宣纸润墨性变化不大;在12wt.%~16wt.%时,润墨性能变化显著;高于16wt.%后,墨滴完全结为墨膜,墨滴晕散面积不再增加。造成上述现象的原因是胶膜在纸面和纤维间隙中的存在状态,随着豆浆水浓度的增加,豆浆水在纸内和纸面上形成的胶膜也同步增加,导致涂布液干燥后成膜密度增加,进而影响了纸面对液体的吸收性,即影响了宣纸的润墨性。In order to explore the influence of the concentration of soybean water on the ink moistening of Xuan paper,this paper uses the self-made soybean water with gradient concentration to conduct a comprehensive study from three aspects:ink droplet halo area,ink droplet shape and ink droplet gray scale by using MATLAB programming.The results showed that when the concentration of soybean water was between 0~12wt.%,the ink wetting property of Xuan paper changed little.When the concentration of soybean water was between 12~16wt.%,the ink wetting property changed significantly.When the concentration of soybean water was higher than 16wt.%,the ink droplets were completely formed into ink film,and the area of ink droplets was no longer increased.The reason for the above phenomenon is the existence state of the film in the paper surface and the fiber gap.With the increase of the concentration of soybean water,the film formed by soybean water in the paper and on the paper surface also increases synchronously,resulting in the increase of the film density after the coating liquid is dried,which in turn affects the liquid absorption of the paper surface and affects the ink moistening of Xuan paper.
