废水环境执法采样工作要点分析

摘　　要：环境监测数据在环境执法中的作用越来越重要。废水水样的采集是整个废水执法监测的基础,但在实际执法过程中,常存在较多采样不规范的问题,影响着监测数据的合法性、有效性和准确性。文章结合日常执法实践,分析了规范废水采样的重要性和采样工作的要点,以提高执法过程中废水采样的规范性。Environmental monitoring data is playing an increasingly important role in environmental law enforcement.The collection of waste water samples is the basis of the whole wastewater law enforcement monitoring,but in the practice of law enforcement,there are often many problems of non-standard sampling,which affects the legality,effectiveness and accuracy of the monitoring data.Combined with the daily law enforcement practice,this paper analyzes the importance of standardizing wastewater sampling and the key points of sampling work,to improve the standard of waste water sampling in the process of law enforcement.
