摘 要:越城区古城位于绍兴平原河网,为行政中心所在地。古城内水系四通八达,与外围环城河由节制闸相隔,多处节制闸功能为活水,顶高程不足100 a一遇的防洪要求;因无强排设施,排涝期易受环城河水位顶托,地势低洼处受涝时有发生。采用MIKE11的NAM水文模型和HD水动力模型,进行不同降雨频率条件下的区域产汇流计算和河网防洪排涝方案演算,提出分片排涝的优化调控方案;针对古城内部的防洪排涝薄弱环节,探讨提升防洪排涝的主要途径与对策,并提出以填高低洼地面为主要防洪措施,可有效缓解城区内排涝压力。The anciet city area of Yuecheng district is located in the river network of Shaoxing plain,which is the center of the administrative area.The water system in the ancient city is interconnected in all directions,separated from the surrounding river by regulating gates.Many regulating gates only serve to circulate water and the top elevation doesn’t meet the flood control requirements of 100-year return floods.Without forced drainage facilities,once the water level around the city rises,the self drainage capacity decreases,and waterlogging often occurs in low-lying areas of the ancient city.MIKE11 NAM hydrological model and HD hydrodynamic model are adopted to calculate the regional runoff and river network flood control and drainage scheme under different rainfall frequency conditions,and propose an optimized regulation plan for segmented flood control and drainage.To slove the weak links of flood control and drainage in the ancient city,main meaures of improvement are discussed,and uplifting low lying ground is proposed as the main flood control measure,which can effectively alleviate the pressure of drainage in the area.
