摘  要:利用配备电子俘获检测器(ECD)气相色谱仪,建立水体中微量右旋反式氯丙炔菊酯的检测方法。采用气相色谱方法,以氮气为载气,基于DB-1填料毛细管柱和ECD检测器,外标法定量分析水体中微量右旋反式氯丙炔菊酯,线性相关系数0.9999,变异系数1.16%,低浓度和高浓度水平回收率分别为87.65%和95.69%。所建立的方法操作简便,灵敏度高,准确度、精密度满足要求,可用于微量右旋反式氯丙炔菊酯定量检测。To establish a method for the determination of trace amounts of D-trans chloroprotethrin in water using a gas chromatograph equipped with an electron capture detector(ECD).Using nitrogen as carrier gas,a capillary column packed with DB-1 and an ECD detector,a gas chromatographic method was used for the determination of D-trans chloroprotethrin in the sample,and the external standard method was used for quantification.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient of D-trans chloroprotethrin was 0.9999,the variation coefficient was 1.16%.The average recoveries at the low and high concentration levels were 87.65%and 95.69%,respectively.The method was simple,accurate,precision and sensitivity,which could be use for quantitative determination of trace D-trans chloropralethrin.
