摘  要:针对核反应堆控制棒水压驱动机构关键部件水压缸摩擦副碳化钨(WC)涂层存在的“龟裂纹”问题,开展WC涂层的磨削工艺优化、去应力处理研究,并对优化后工艺制备的WC涂层的基本性能和摩擦磨损性能以及水压缸冷态性能进行试验。结果表明,改进后的WC涂层制备工艺解决了“龟裂纹”问题,采用该工艺加工的水压缸涂层的基本性能和摩擦磨损性能、水压缸冷态运动阻力及泄漏率等性能满足控制棒水压驱动机构的使用要求。研究结果为控制棒水压驱动机构的整体性能研究,以及控制棒水压驱动技术的进一步发展和工程化奠定了基础。Aimed at the crack problem in the tungsten carbide(WC)coating on the friction pair of the hydraulic cylinder,a key component of the control rod hydraulic drive mechanism for nuclear reactor,the research on grinding process optimization and stress relief treatment of WC coating was carried out.The basic properties and friction and wear performance of the WC coating prepared by the optimized process,and the cold state performance of hydraulic cylinder were tested.The results show that the improved preparation process solves the crack problem of WC coating.The basic performance and friction and wear performance,the cold state motion resistance,and leakage rate of the hydraulic cylinder coating processed by this process can meet the operating requirements of the control rod water pressure drive mechanism.The research results lay a foundation for the overall performance research of the control rod hydraulic drive mechanism,as well as the further development and engineering application of the control rod hydraulic drive technology.
