中日相向而行的“人类命运共同体”——-福田康夫的“和平东亚”思想与实践

摘　　要：日本前首相福田康夫始终秉持其父福田赳夫的命运共同体思想信念,与中国提出的构建“人类命运共同体”理念相向而行,提出并践行“和平东亚”思想。他主张以史为鉴,倡导和平合作,反对战争,并为此付诸“日本践行”。他通过创建“前政府首脑国际行动理事会”,推出成果《十国前政要论“全球公共伦理”》,参与亚洲文明交流互鉴国际研讨会,组建“践行和平论坛”,赴侵华日军南京大屠杀遇难同胞纪念馆悼念遇难者等,为中日和平友好及世界稳定发展作出重要贡献。特别是在习近平主席提出“人类命运共同体”理念后,福田康夫为之振奋,并将“和平东亚”思想汇入“人类命运共同体”理念,这为“和平东亚”思想增添了新活力和现实意义。Former Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda has always upheld his father’s vision of a community with a shared future,and worked in the same direction with China’s vision of building a“community with a shared future for mankind”.He put forward and practiced the vision of“Peaceful East Asia”.It advocates taking history as a mirror,advocates peace and cooperation,opposes war,and puts it into practice.By establishing the“International Action Council of Former Heads of Government”(OB Summit),releasing the outcome of“Global Public Ethics”,participating in the International Symposium on Exchanges and mutual Learning among Asian civilizations,establishing the Forum for Practicing Peace,and paying tribute to the victims at the Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall,China has made important contributions to peace and friendship between China and Japan and to world stability and development.
