四妙勇安汤现代文献可视化研究及处方配伍分析

摘　　要：目的分析四妙勇安汤的研究热点、研究趋势和处方配伍规律。方法纳入中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台V2.0(万方数据)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、Pubmed、Web of Science(WOS)自建库至2022年12月31日的四妙勇安汤相关文献为研究对象,应用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析,统计具体频次;以2006~2022年的四妙勇安汤验案建立处方数据库,形成药物共现复杂网络,并进行分析。结果共纳入文献1086篇,医学院校及其附属医院是研究主力,血栓闭塞性脉管炎、糖尿病足、冠心病、痛风性关节炎、类风湿关节炎是四妙勇安汤的主治病种,四妙勇安汤及其加减方对相关疾病的治疗是研究重点,基础研究主要关注该方的抗动脉粥样硬化相关机制。该方常配伍黄芪、地黄、赤芍、苍术、黄柏等中药。结论四妙勇安汤是中医研究的热点方剂之一,其临床适应证的拓展和处方用药配伍有一定规律可循,其药理作用机制还需深入研究。Objective To analyze the research hotspots,research trend and prescription compatibility rules of Si-miao-Yong-An decoction.Methods The databases included China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform V2.0(Wanfang data),VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform(VIP),SinoMed,Pubmed and Web of Science(WOS).The literatures related to Si-miao-Yong-An decoction from the establishment of the database to December 31,2022 were selected as the research object.CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis and statistics of the specific frequency.The prescription database of Si-miao-Yong-An decoction was established from 2006 to 2022,and the complex drug co-occurrence network was formed and analyzed.Results Thromboangiitis obliterans,diabetic foot,coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,gouty arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis were the main indications of Si-miao-Yong-An decoction.The treatment of related diseases by Si-miao-Yong-An decoction and its modified formula was the focus of research.The basic research mainly focused on the mechanism of anti-atherosclerosis.This prescription was often compatible with huangqi,dihuang,chishao,cangzhu,huangbai and other traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion Si-miao-Yong-An decoction is one of the hot spots in the research of traditional Chinese medicine.There are certain rules to follow in the expansion of its clinical adaptation to diseases and prescription compatibility,and its pharmacological mechanism needs to be further studied.
