摘　　要：为改进某型号秸秆收获压捆机驾驶室的人机系统性能,从人的因素出发,研究显控装置的可视性、操纵装置的可达性、座椅的可调性和驾驶室的空间布局等影响驾驶员操作舒适性的因素。以Jack软件为平台,对由虚拟秸秆收获压捆机驾驶室模型和虚拟驾驶员模型组成的人机系统进行人因仿真试验,分析现有驾驶座椅的H点分布曲线、视野及可视域、双手可达域、驾驶员工作姿势评级、下背部受力,预测驾驶姿势下静态强度风险。利用H点域重新确定H点,依托人机工程设计理论提出改进建议。最后,重复进行Jack人因仿真试验来验证改进方案的有效性。结果表明:所论述的方法能够对该型号秸秆收获压捆机驾驶室的改进设计提供有效数据和支持。To improve the man-machine system performance of the cab of a certain type of straw harvesting and baling machine,this paper studies the factors that affect the driver s operating comfort starting from the human factors.These factors include the visibility of the display control device,the accessibility of the control device,the adjustability of the seat,and the spatial layout of the cab.Human factor simulation experiments were conducted using the Jack software for the man-machine system,which is composed of a virtual straw harvesting and baling machine cab model and virtual driver model.The H-point distribution curve,the field of vision,the visual field,the reachable domain of both hands,the driver s working posture rating,and the lower back stress of the existing driving seat were tested.Static strength risk under driving posture was also predicted.Based on the H-point redetermined by the H-point domain,improvement suggestions were put forward according to ergonomic design theory.Finally,the Jack human factor simulation experiment was repeated to verify the effectiveness of the improved scheme.The results showed that the method discussed in this paper could provide effective data and support for the improved design of the cab of this type of straw harvesting and baling machine.
