摘 要:以黄河流域七大城市群为研究对象,首先厘清城镇化系统与人居环境系统的内在互动逻辑;其次构建指标体系,选取2003、2008、2013、2018年4个节点分别对城镇化系统与人居环境系统进行评价;最后探究二者的耦合协调发展趋势,并剖析影响其耦合协调的障碍因素。研究结果显示:2003—2018年,各城市群的耦合协调度不断向好发展,东北部城市群耦合协调水平始终处于发展前列,中部与西南部的城市群间耦合协调等级由轻度失调、濒临失调上升为初级协调与中级协调。支撑子系统和人口城镇化子系统是影响黄河流域城市群耦合协调发展的主要障碍。据此,从创新驱动、产业转型、生态修复以及区域联动方面对各城市群和流域总体提出改善建议。With the seven major urban agglomerations in the Yellow River Basin as the research object,this study firstly clarifies the internal interactive logic between the urbanization system and the living environment system;secondly,constructs an indicator system and respectively evaluates the urbanization system and living environment system by selecting the four nodes from 2003,2008,2013 and 2018;and finally,explores the development trend of coupling coordination between them two while analyzing the obstacle factors that affect their coupling coordination.The research results show that from 2003 to 2018,the coupling coordination degree of all the urban agglomerations continued to improve,and the coupling coordination level of the northeast urban agglomerations were always at the forefront of development,and the coupling coordination level between the central and southwest urban agglomerations promoted from mild imbalance and near imbalance to elementary coordination and intermediate coordination,and that the supporting subsystem and population urbanization subsystem are the main obstacles that affect the coupling coordinated development of the urban agglomerations in the Yellow River Basin.Accordingly,improvement suggestions are put forward for all the urban agglomerations and the whole river basin in terms of innovation driven,industrial transformation,ecological restoration and regional linkage.
