摘  要:为分析已建输水隧洞进行灌浆加固的效果,建立了深圳市东江水源工程碧岭隧洞灌浆加固段的三维有限元模型。针对该洞段出现围岩空洞、围岩破碎和渗漏水三种工况进行了计算,分析表明:对围岩空洞段、围岩破碎段、渗漏水洞段灌浆加固后,明显减小了围岩的不利因素对隧洞结构的影响,改善了衬砌的变形和受力状况,衬砌的横向位移最大值、第一主应力最大值均大大减小,低于其设计允许值,消除了衬砌开裂的风险,加固效果显著。To analyze the effect of grouting reinforcement on the existing water conveyance tunnel,a three-dimensional finite element model of the grouting reinforcement section of Biling tunnel in Shenzhen Dongjiang water source project is constructed.Calculation and analysis are carred out considering three working conditions of the tunnel section including surrounding rock cavities,fragmented surrounding rock and water leakage.The results show that the grouting reinforcement of the tunnel sections with rock cavities,fragmented surrounding rock and water leakage significantly reduce the influence of the adverse factors of the surrounding rock on the tunnel structure,and improve the deformation and stress conditions of the tunnel lining.The maximum lateral displacement and maximum first principal stress of the lining are greatly reduced,which are lower than their designed allowable values.The lining cracking risks are eliminated and significant reinforcement effects are achieved.
