摘  要:杨房沟水电站发电机转子支架为直立筋圆盘式焊接结构,为了保证转子支架现场焊接后尺寸精度要求,通过分析变形原因,制定合理的转子支架组装、焊接顺序、焊接过程监测等,结合实际情况对定位焊接、立缝焊接、环缝焊接、径向缝焊接各个环节进行数据监测,采取预先防焊接变形工艺和焊接过程中控制变形趋势等有针对性的措施,保证了转子支架焊后各尺寸指标均满足设计和相关标准要求。The generator rotor spider in Yangfanggou Hydropower Station is a vertical support disc-type welded structure.To ensure that the dimensional accuracy of the rotor spider meets the requirements after the on-site welding,possible reasons of the welding deformation are analyzed and engineering measures are proposed such as reasonable assembly and welding sequence of the spider and monitoring of the welding process.Considering the actual conditions,data monitoring are conducted on various stages of the welding process such as the positioning welding,vertical seam welding,circumferential seam welding and radial seam welding.Targeted measures are taken,including the in-advance welding deformation prevention technique,and the deformation trend control technique during the welding process,which ensure that all dimensional indicators of the rotor spider after welding meet the requirements of the design and relevant standards.
