摘  要:发电机定子绕组直流泄漏电流的测量一般是在定子绕组的中性点或出口处施加直流电压,记录不同电压下的泄漏电流值,可高效判断定子绕组绝缘状态和必要时的及时处理,有效避免发电机定子绕组短路或直接接地故障。在清江公司郁江流域某电厂发电机交接试验过程中,对发电机定子绕组进行直流耐压试验和直流泄漏电流测量试验时,通过分析直流泄漏电流值发现该电站2号发电机定子绕组上端部绝缘盒存在绝缘缺陷,并给出了处理方案,处理后试验合格。The measurement of the DC leakage current of the generator stator windings is usually conducted by applying DC voltages to the neutral point or outlets of the stator windings and then recording the leakage current values under different voltages,which can efficiently determine the insulation status of the stator windings for timely treatment if necessary,thus avoiding short circuit or direct grounding faults of the stator windings.During the generator handover test in a power plant in Yujiang River Basin,DC withstand voltage test and DC leakage current measurement test are conducted on the generator stator windings.Analysis of the DC leakage current data shows that the insulation box at the upper end of the stator windings of the 2#generator is of insulation defect.Corresponding treatment scheme is then provided.After the treatment,qualified test results are obtained.
