摘 要:在大气压冷等离子体(Cold atmospheric plasma,CAP)的生物医学应用中,不同强度的CAP处理生物材料会带来具有显著差异的作用效果。因此,引入等离子体剂量来定量化描述等离子体对材料的作用量,从而获得理想的CAP处理效果,对于推动CAP的生物医学应用具有十分迫切的需求。药学中常采用“半数致死剂量(LD_(50))”描述药物毒性,而我们前期的研究工作表明该方法也适用于等离子体剂量的评估,且具有通用性强、操作便捷等特点。本论文基于LD_(50)-等离子体剂量评估方法获得了大气压射频辉光放电等离子体射流处理人体胚胎肾293细胞的LD_(50)数值,并与另一种典型CAP源,即大气压介质阻挡放电等离子体射流的剂量值进行了对比和分析。本论文工作进一步验证了LD_(50)-等离子体剂量评估方法的可靠性和便捷性,也为两种典型CAP源在生物医学等领域的实际应用提供了一定的理论指导和剂量参考。In biomedical applications of cold atmospheric plasma(CAP),treatments of biomaterials with different CAP intensities will lead to significantly different treatment results.Therefore,it is urgent to introduce the concept of“plasma dosage”for quantitatively describing the action amounts of CAPs on the treated materials,and thus,for obtaining desired plasma treatment results.In pharmacy,the concept of median lethal dose(LD_(50))was frequently used to describe the drug toxicity;and our previous study has proved that this method was also suitable for the estimation of the plasma dosage with the features of versatility and easy manipulation.In this study,based on the foregoing LD 50-plasma-dosage estimation method,the LD_(50)value of the radio-frequency atmospheric-pressure glow discharge(RF-APGD)plasma jet for the treatment of the Human Embryonic Kidney 293 cells was obtained and compared with that of another typical CAP source,i.e.,the atmospheric-pressure dielectric-barrier-discharge(AP-DBD)plasma jet.This work not only further validated the reliability and versatility of the LD_(50)-plasma-dosage estimation method,but also provided a theoretical guidance and dosage reference in CAP applications such as plasma biomedicine,etc.
