摘 要:本文主要论述汽车总布置设计中,参照标准法规对M1类汽车风窗玻璃除霜和除雾系统的性能和试验要求,根据N类汽(卡车)和M1类汽车人机系统的差异化,推导出N类汽车风窗玻璃除霜除雾区域的实际需求,以及N类汽车除霜除雾系统布置的关键要素,建立N类汽车除霜布置系统的理论体系,为N类汽车总布置设计中除霜系统布置提供理论依据。This paper mainly discusses the performance and test requirements of M1 automobile windshield defrosting and demisting system in the design of automobile general layout,and derives the actual needs of the defrosting and defogging area of class N automobile windshield and defogging area according to the differentiation of class N automobile(truck)and M1 class automobile man-machine system,as well as the key elements of the layout of class N automobile defrost and demist system,establishes the theoretical system of class N automobile defrost layout system,and provides a theoretical basis for the layout of the defrost system in the general layout design of class N automobile.
