摘　　要：特殊情况下结构地震动参数取值的确定直接关系房屋建筑的结构安全,因此要综合考虑多种因素影响,对其取值进行分析研究。本文结合具体工程实例,对房屋建筑的工程场址位于城镇中心地区以外、地貌复杂的抗震不利地段、特殊设防类建筑工程、结构设计工作年限非50 a等特殊情况进行比对、分析和研究,给出了确定结构地震动参数取值的相关建议和方法,以期可为相关工程提供参考。Under special circumstances,determining the value of structural ground motion parameters is directly related to the structural safety of buildings.It is necessary to comprehensively consider the influence of various factors to analyze and study its value.Combined with specific engineering examples,this paper analyzes the special situations such as the project site of the house building is located outside the central area of the town,the seismic unfavorable section with complex landform,the special fortification building project,and the structural design service life is not 50 years.Through comparison,analysis and research,the relevant suggestions and methods for determining the value of structural ground motion parameters are given.
