摘 要:随着我国经济的高速发展,大底盘框架核心筒高层塔楼在城市建设中不断涌现,此类建筑具有基础平面尺寸大、沉降要求严格、荷载较重且基地压力差异性大的特点,因此对其地基处理应用的研究和分析尤为重要。本文以某大底盘写字楼为工程背景,针对核心筒处基底荷载与外围框柱基底荷载差异较大的问题,采用地基处理的变刚度调平设计,并对不同方案进行比选和研究。结果表明:该方案既满足变刚度调平和沉降的要求,又充分发挥了地基土的承载力,同时通过优化设计减少了建材的损耗,达到了节能降耗、提高经济效益的目的,可为今后同类型设计项目提供经验参考。With the rapid development of China's economy,high-rise towers with large chassis frame core tubes are constantly emerging in urban construction.These buildings have the characteristics of large foundation plane dimensions,strict settlement requirements,heavy loads,and significant differences in base pressure.Therefore,research and analysis of their foundation treatment applications are particularly important.This article takes a large chassis office building as the engineering background,and aims to address the issue of significant differences in base load between the core tube and the peripheral frame column base load.A variable stffness leveling design based on foundation treatment is adopted,and different schemes are compared and studied.The results show that this scheme not only meets the requirements of variable stiffness leveling and settlement,but also fully utilizes the bearing capacity of the foundation soil.At the same time,by optimizing the design,it reduces the loss of building materials,achieves energy conservation and consumption reduction,and improves economic benefits.It can provide experience reference for similar design projects in the future.
