摘  要:针对西安奥体中心项目体育场空间外倾变截面V形劲性柱结构设计特点,详细阐述了V形劲性柱施工过程控制要点和关键技术应用,通过深化设计预起拱与基于三角稳定理论的水平钢拉杆防变形措施相结合的方法,解决了V形柱和上部网壳施工变形控制技术难题,有效预防了外包清水混凝土开裂隐患,同时利用结构自平衡原理和二次加热相结合的方法消除应变能,以实现防变形措施安全卸载拆除,确保了工程施工质量和安全,为以后类似工程施工提供参考。Relying on the design characteristics of V-shaped rigid column structure in the spatial decumbent variable cross-section in the stadium of the Xi'an Olympic Sports Center Project,the key points of the construction process control and key technology applications of the V-shaped rigid column are expounded in detail,and the technical problem of deformation control in V-shaped rigid column and the upper reticulated shell is solve and the hidden danger of cracking of the outside-wrapped fair-faced concrete is effectively prevented by combining the deepening-designed pre-arch and the anti-deformation measures for the horizontal steel tie rods on the basis of the triangular stability theory;at the same time,the strain energy is eliminated by combining the structural self-balancing principle and reheat to realize the safe unloading and dismantling of anti-deformation measures,ensuring the quality and safety of project construction and providing references for the construction of similar projects in the future.
