中式寺庙建筑青砖清水墙施工技术

摘　　要：青砖清水墙一般多用于宗教文化类仿古建筑,为提高青砖清水墙的观感质量,事前借助BIM技术优化了排砖布局;事中通过运用实用新型的“梅花丁”标准节点测控器具,解决了灰缝宽窄不匀、丁不压中等质量问题;事后对有缺陷的砖面和灰缝使用特制的油灰进行修补,并在青砖清水墙面喷涂二道防腐木油,提高了墙面光洁度和抗渗性,取得了良好的观感效果。The dry wall with black brick is generally used in religious and cultural pseudo-classic buildings.In order to improve the appearance quality of the dry wall with black brick,layout of brick rows is optimized by using BIM technology before the wall construction;the quality problems such as uneven width of mortar joints and uncentered upper layer bricks are solved by using practical late-model joint measurement and control apparatus with diced plum standard during the wall construction;the defective brick surface and mortar joints are repaired with special putty,and the second layer of anti-corrosion wood oil are sprayed on the dry wall after the wall construction,which improves the finish and impermeability of the wall and achieve a good appearance effect.
