摘  要:结合西安咸阳国际机场三期扩建工程信息中心区域信息楼项目内隔墙施工,主要介绍硅镁(硫氧镁)轻质墙板及其特点,装配式、“双碳”与硅镁墙板产业契合点,以及既有建筑项目绿色改造内墙系统解决方案。此外,还重点介绍了信息楼施工工艺流程、施工操作要点,内隔墙与安装开槽的配合施工,硅镁墙板防裂加强措施等施工处理技术。从实际工程应用来看,硅镁(硫氧镁)轻质墙板采用定制钢架作为内隔墙构造骨架,在施工过程中填充快捷高效、节约工期、造价成本低,安装质量更轻、整体性更好,保温耐火、防潮防裂效果好,非常适合建筑层高较高及超高内填充隔墙的施工。Combined with the construction of the partition wall of the information building in the Information Center of the third phase expansion project of xi'an Xianyang International Airport,this paper mainly introduces the light silicon magnesium(magnesium sulfide)wall panel and its characteristics,the convergence point of prefabricated"double carbon"and silicon magnesium wall panel industry,not only the solution of the green transformation of the interior wall system of the building project,but also focuses on the information building construction process and key points of construction operation.Construction of internal partition wall and installation slot,silicon magnesium wall panel anti-crack strengthening measures and other construction treatment technology.From the practical engineering application,the silicon magnesium(magnesium sulfide)light wall panel uses customized steel frame as the internal partition structure skeleton,in the construction process of filling fast and efficient,saving time,low cost,lighter installation quality,better integrity,heat preservation and fire resistance,moisture proof and crack prevention effect is good,very suitable for the construction of high building storey and ultra-high internal filling partition wall.
