摘  要:为提升桥梁健康评价与应急决策的效率,本文基于建筑信息模型发展了一种桥梁监测数据可视化方法,并利用Revit二次开发程序插件。依托已有桥梁BIM模型,快速建立包含加速度计、风速仪等传感器的监测系统模型,将监测数据与传感器模型相关联。将监测数据线性变换至[0,255],建立其与传感器模型RGB色彩的映射关系,从而通过模型颜色反映监测数据的变化。根据监测系统传感器模型的色彩掌握桥址区环境及桥梁结构状态,并对超出阈值的监测数据进行实时分级报警。以南京长江大桥及其健康监测数据为对象,阐述了所提出监测数据可视化方法的实现过程和应用效果。结果表明:该方法可将加速度、温度和风速等监测数据通过颜色变化、动态折线图及表格的形式进行可视化展示和报警,从而为服役桥梁的健康管理与维护提供科学依据。To ensure efficient structural health assessment and emergency decision-making required for bridges,a visualization method of bridge monitoring data was developed based on the building information model(BIM).The computer program plug-in was compiled using the secondary development of Revit.Based on the existing bridge BIM,the sensor models,such as anemometers and accelerometers,were quickly established and linked with the monitoring data.The monitored data was then transformed linearly to a range between 0 and 255.These normalized data were then mapped to the RGB colors of the sensor models to reflect variations in monitoring data via color changes.Furthermore,the in-situ environments and structural conditions of the bridge were evaluated based on the changing colors of the sensor models of the monitoring system.When the monitored data exceeded the predefined thresholds,the layered warning was triggered for emergency measures.Finally,using the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge and the data monitored using its structural health monitoring system as an example,this paper describes the implementation process and application effects of the visualization method.Results reveal that the proposed method can visualize the monitored data,including acceleration,temperature,and wind speed,using changing colors,dynamic line charts,and tables for visual displays and warnings.Furthermore,the proposed method can provide scientific references for health management and maintenance of in-service bridges.
