摘 要:新型深水立柱式Spar钻井生产储卸油平台油水界面监测技术是保证该工艺顺利进行的关键技术之一。针对前期小试试验提出的静压式方法油水界面监测方案,本文开展Spar钻井生产储卸油平台储油系统1∶15缩尺比中试试验,考察静压式方法在该超长立柱式储油舱内的可靠性及适用性。研究结果表明:静压式方法在常规海况静态置换及一年一遇海况动态置换中对油水界面监测均具有稳定、可靠的测量特性,可适用于Spar钻井生产储卸油平台超长立柱式储油系统。另外,在监测系统中需设置高位/低位定点监测装置及精准的Spar钻井生产储卸油平台吃水监测系统以分别消除斜率偏差及曲线偏移引起的误差。Oil-water interface monitoring technology of the new deepwater column-type spar drilling production storage offloading(SDPSO)is crucial to ensure the smooth progress of the process.Based on the static pressure method for oil-water interface monitoring proposed in the preliminary experiment of this study,a 1∶15 scale pilot test of the storage system of the SDPSO platform was conducted to investigate the reliability and applicability of the static pressure method for a super-long column-type storage tank.The results revealed the stable and reliable measurement by the oil-water interface monitoring under the normal sea state and the one-year sea state.The static pressure method can be applied to the super-long column-type storage system of the SDPSO platform.Furthermore,high-position/low-position fixed-point monitoring devices and a precise monitoring system for the SDPSO draft should be set up in the monitoring system to eliminate the errors caused by slope deviation and curve offset.
