摘  要:海豚回声定位信号具有宽带窄脉冲特性,能够精确分辨水中目标,为了使换能器模拟海豚发射回声定位信号,本文采用等效电路法分析了匹配层参数对换能器谐振频率和对应模态强弱的影响,并建立有限元模型进行仿真验证,同时从频域和时域对换能器展开优化设计,根据海豚回声定位信号的特点,设计了一款能模拟海豚发声的双匹配层宽带仿生换能器。该换能器工作频带为50~145 kHz,基本覆盖了海豚回声定位信号的频率范围,单个脉冲发射持续时间不超过22μs,时域波形与频谱能量分布与海豚滴答声信号一致。Dolphin echolocation signals have broadband narrow pulse characteristics and can accurately distinguish underwater targets.To create the transducer to simulate dolphin echolocation signals,the equivalent circuit method was used to analyze the influence of matching layer parameters on the resonance frequency and corresponding mode strength of the transducer.A finite element model was established for simulation verification;the transducer was also optimized in frequency and time domains.A dual-matching layer broadband bionic transducer that can simulate dolphin vocalization was designed based on the characteristics of dolphin echolocation signals.The working frequency band of this transducer was 50~145 kHz,which covers the frequency range of dolphin echolocation signals.The duration of a single pulse transmission did not exceed 22μs,and the time domain waveform and spectral energy distribution were consistent with dolphin click signals.
