摘 要:凸轮-滚轮是柴油机供油系统核心摩擦副,通常处于周期性瞬变载荷、瞬变速度及瞬变曲率苛刻服役环境下,接触界面弹流润滑特性复杂,表面点蚀、磨损故障频发,降低使用寿命。本文以某船用柴油机供油凸轮机构为研究对象,建立考虑凸轮副瞬变动力学的弹流润滑分析模型,验证了基于单质量动力学模型的凸轮副弹流润滑结果的准确性,并研究了工作行程内工况变化对凸轮-滚轮副动态接触及弹流润滑性能的影响规律;讨论了凸轮转速和接触载荷的改变对凸轮-滚轮摩擦润滑状态的影响。结果表明:一个工作周期内,最大接触应力出现在供油结束角处,润滑状态最差,回程段结束处表面摩擦闪温最大,低速、重载情况下润滑膜厚明显降低,导致摩擦系数较大及表面闪温过高问题;此外,通过优化偏心距及基圆半径等结构参数,可使得凸轮-滚轮间摩擦润滑接触状态明显改善。The cam-roller is the core friction pair of the fuel supply mechanism of a diesel engine,which operates under a harsh environment of periodic transient load,speed,and curvature.The service life of cam rollers is reduced due to the complex interface elastohydrodynamic lubrication characteristics and frequent surface pitting and wear.In this paper,an elastohydrodynamic lubrication analysis model considering the transient dynamics of the cam-roller pair is established by taking the fuel supply mechanism of a marine diesel engine as a research object to verify the accuracy of the elastohydrodynamic lubrication results of the cam pair based on the single-mass dynamics model.Moreover,the effect of working conditions on the dynamic contact and the elastohydrodynamic lubrication performance of the cam-roller pair is also investigated.The results show that in one working cycle,the maximum contact stress appears at the end angle of the fuel supply;additionally,it has the worst lubrication state and the highest surface friction flash temperature at the end of the return section.The effects of changing the cam speed and contact load on the friction and lubrication states are discussed.Furthermore,the film thickness decreases under low speed and heavy load,resulting in a high friction coefficient and surface flash temperature.Moreover,the friction and lubrication state of the cam-roller pair can be significantly improved by optimizing the structural parameters,such as eccentricity and base circle radius.
