摘 要:针对柔性齿圈结构振动特性分析缺失以及现有传动系统特性分析方法不足,本文结合模态叠加法、承载接触分析技术与集中质量法,构建了考虑轮齿间接触特性、结构振动与系统振动的行星轮系模型。分析了柔性齿圈行星传动系统的结构振动特性及柔性齿圈对系统动态性能的影响,并避免了集中质量模型无法计入构件结构振动,全有限元模型计算量过大、收敛困难,现有刚柔耦合模型的刚性接触、齿轮参数标准化以及难以引入构件误差等问题。本文为柔性齿圈的设计以及传动系统动态特性的深入探究提供了模型基础和理论指导。This paper presents the successful construction of an oscillating planetary gear train model by combining the mode superposition method,LTCA,and the lumped mass method,to address the lack of vibration characteristic analysis of flexible ring structures and a shortage of characteristic analysis methods for transmission systems.The model fully considers the contact characteristics between gear teeth,structural vibration,and system vibration.The structural vibration characteristics of the planetary transmission system with flexible ring gears and the influence of the flexible ring gear on the system′s dynamic performance are thoroughly analyzed.This model avoids the problems of the lumped mass model that does not consider the structure vibration,the full finite element model that requires a large number of calculations and is difficult to converge,and the rigid contact of the existing rigid-flexible coupling model,as well as the difficulties of gear parameter standardization and component error introduction.The model foundation and theoretical guidance are provided for the design of flexible ring gears and the study of the dynamic characteristics of the transmission system.
