装备制造业产学研数字化协同创新研发模式选择研究

摘　　要：装备制造业承担国民经济和国防建设的重任,其持续高速发展离不开科学的创新模式,现有研究多从产学研协同创新视角提出对策,但往往忽视数字化工具对协同创新的促进作用。本文借助数字化手段,尝试以产学研数字化协同创新研发模式为研究对象,建立装备制造业产学研数字化协同创新的演化博弈模式,并对模型结果进行模拟和仿真,分析有限理性下各参数变化以及在结果中的作用。研究结果表明:数字化水平能力、政府支持力度以及装备制造业转型程度等因素通过提升企业利润的方式对产学研数字化协同创新具有提高创新效能的作用。最后根据研究结果从促进数字化产学研融合发展角度提出增强我国装备制造业自主创新能力的对策建议。The equipment manufacturing industry undertakes the heavy task of constructing the national economy and national defense,and its sustained and rapid development cannot be achieved without scientific innovation mode.Existing research mostly proposes countermeasures from the perspective of industry-university-research collaborative innovation but often ignores the promotional effect of digital tools on collaborative innovation.With the help of digital means,this study attempts to establish an evolutionary game model of industry-university-research digital collaborative innovation in the equipment manufacturing industry by adopting the industry-university-research digital collaborative innovation R&D model as a research object.Simulations are carried out on the model results,and changes in each parameter are analyzed under bounded rationality and their roles in the results.The results show that the factors such as the level of digitalization capability,government support,and transformation degree of the equipment manufacturing industry can improve the innovation efficiency of the industry-university-research collaborative innovation by improving enterprise profits.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed based on the research results for improving the independent innovation ability of China′s equipment manufacturing industry from the perspective of promoting the integrated development of digital industry-university-research.
