数字人文视域下的清代档案与法律史研究

摘　　要：数字人文的兴起为清代档案的开发提供了新的路径和方式。讨论了基于数字人文视野下清代档案的开发路径,可以采取多元主体参与下的档案资源整合、基于文本的清代档案信息挖掘、可视化的清代档案展示、专题清代档案的资源库建设。并将从三方面促进清代法律史的研究:为研究提供更加丰富的材料来源、便于多元研究主题的开展、挖掘更多的细节。The rise of Digital Humanities provides a new path and way for the development of Qing Dynasty archives.We discussed the development path of Qing Dynasty archives based on the perspective of Digital Humanities.We can take the path of integrating archival resources with the participation of multiple subjects,Text-Based information mining of Qing Dynasty Archives,visual Display of Qing Dynasty Archives and construction of specialized Qing Dynasty Archives resource repository.It will also promote the study of legal history from three aspects:such as,providing richer sources of materials for research,facilitating the development of multiple research topics,and exploring more details.
