摘　　要：为了科学评价数字乡村背景下“四链”衔接对地方农业高校人才培养的共同作用,提出AHP层次分析法—灰色关联分析评价方法。该方法从社会发展水平、科技创新水平、产业发展水平、教育发展以及人才发展等五个方面构建“四链”衔接评价指标,对数据进行标准化处理、赋权重、建立模型,对山东省统计数据进行测算。研究结果表明,山东省“四链”衔接存在不协调、不同步等问题。在此基础上,提出“四链”衔接人才培养闭环模式,实现山东省资源要素深入融合,推动地方农业高校输出人才,以助力地方经济社会发展。In order to scientifically evaluate the joint effect of the"four chains"on the cultivation of talents in local agricultural universities in the context of digital countryside,the AHP hierarchical analysis method and grey correlation analysis evaluation method are proposed.The method is based on four aspects,including social development,scientific and technological innovation,industrial development,education development and talent development,and the evaluation indexes of the"four chains"linkage are constructed.The research shows that there are problems of uncoordinated and unsynchronized linkage of the"four chains"in Shandong Province.On this basis,the"four chains"linkage cultivation model is proposed to realize the in-depth integration of resources in Shandong Province and promote the export of talents from local agricultural universities,so as to help local economic and social development.
