摘 要:西部油田某地面集输管线二级节流后钢管服役1年后发现内壁发生了腐蚀。通过宏观分析、理化性能试验、扫描电镜、能谱分析和X射线物相分析等方法,同时根据服役工况,对钢管腐蚀原因进行了分析。结果表明,钢管材料的化学成分和拉伸性能试验结果符合API Spec 5L—2018标准的要求,内壁腐蚀产物主要由FeCO 3和CaCO 3组成。钢管内壁腐蚀主要为CO 2腐蚀,管内较高的服役温度和介质流速加速了腐蚀的发生。建议加注缓蚀剂或采用耐蚀合金材料钢管。Corrosion was found in the inner wall of the pipe after the secondary throttle of the surface gathering and transportation pipeline after one year operation.The corrosion reason was investigated through macroscopic analysis,physical and chemical performance tests,scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer and X-ray diffraction,etc.combined with service condition analysis.The results show that the chemical composition and physical properties of the pipe were all in accordance with API Spec 5L—2018 standard requirements.The corrosion products were mainly composed of FeCO 3 and CaCO 3.Corrosion type of the inner wall was mainly CO 2 corrosion,and high temperature and medium flow rate significantly accelerated the corrosion process.It is recommended to inject corrosion inhibitor or use corrosion resistant alloy pipes.
