摘　　要：优秀的口腔正畸医生不仅应当具备扎实的学科专业素质,还需要拥有深厚的人文素养,唯此方可与患者形成良好沟通,并管理好自己的医疗团队与患者,顺利圆满完成诊治。近年来,数字化技术以及网络媒介的蓬勃发展对正畸临床诊疗和医患沟通的方式产生了深刻且久远的影响,因此,在开展规培医生的教学时,亟须结合数字媒介时代的技术和人文特点,系统且有专业特色地对口腔正畸规培医生进行人文素质教育,以适应新时期正畸医患沟通的需求。本文紧扣数字媒介背景下口腔正畸专业的医患沟通特点,着重阐述了从教学模块设计、教学形式及教学考核三个方面如何建立健全数字媒介时代口腔正畸规培的人文教学体系,为提升口腔正畸规培医生的人文素养,为构建与时俱进的和谐医患关系夯实基础,并为完善口腔住院医师规范化培训的教学体系积累经验、提供理论支持。An excellent orthodontist should not only have solid academic and professional quality,but also have profound humanistic quality.Only by doing so can he form good communication with patients,manage his own medical team and patients,and successfully complete diagnosis and treatment.In recent years,the vigorous development of digital technology and network media has had a profound and lasting impact on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of orthodontics and the way of doctor-patient communication.Therefore,when carrying out the teaching of standardized resident training,it is urgent to combine the technical and humanistic characteristics of the age of digital media and systematically and with professional characteristics to provide humanistic quality education for oral orthodontic standardized resident training.In order to adapt to the new era of orthodontic doctor-patient communication needs.This paper focuses on how to establish and improve the humanistic teaching system of orthodontic training in the era of digital media from three aspects of teaching module design,teaching form and teaching assessment,in order to improve the humanistic quality of orthodontic standardized training residents and lay a solid foundation for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship with The Times.And to improve the teaching system of standardized training oral residents to accumulate experience and provide theoretical support.
