摘　　要：目的构建网约护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系,为网约护士的培训及任用提供参考依据。方法通过文献回顾法、小组讨论法、德尔菲法以及层次分析法,确定网约护士岗位胜任力各级评价指标及权重。结果网约护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系包括专业理论知识、护理实践能力、管理能力、专业发展能力、职业素养5项一级指标,40项二级指标。两轮函询专家有效应答率分别为93.33%和100.00%,专家权威系数分别为0.760和0.780,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.117和0.178(均P<0.05)。结论构建的网约护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系科学可靠,专家积极性及权威程度较高,意见协调程度好,可作为网约护士岗位胜任力水平的测评工具,为网约护士培养、考核及任用提供参考。Objective To construct the competency evaluation index system of online contract nurses,so as to provide a basis for the training and appointment of online contract nurses.Methods The literature review,group discussion,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were conducted to determine the indicators and their weights of competency evaluation index system for online contract nurses.Results The competency evaluation index system of online contract nurses consisted of 5 first-level indicators,including professional theoretical knowledge,nursing practice ability,management ability,professional development ability and professional accomplishment,and 40 second-level indicators.The expert positive coefficients of the two rounds of letter consultation were 93.33%and 100.00%,with the expert authority coefficients of 0.760 and 0.780,and the Kendall coordination coefficients of 0.117 and 0.178(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion The system constructed is scientific and reliable,with a high degree of expert enthusiasm and authority,and a good degree of opinion coordination.It can be used as an assessment tool for the competency level of online contract nurses,and provide references for the training,assessment and appointment of online contract nurses.
