摘　　要：目的探讨分析在儿童留置针规范留置管理中应用持续质量改进措施的作用。方法选取2020年5月—2022年6月于滨州医学院附属医院就职的30名儿科护士为研究对象,以2020年5月—2021年5月为持续质量改进实施前,以2021年6月—2022年6月为持续质量改进实施后,对比实施前后对儿童留置针规范留置管理的影响。结果实施后的平均每月静脉留置针风险事件发生次数(0.4±0.1)次、患儿家属对护士的投诉率(6.67%)、护患纠纷发生率(3.33%)、护理质量评分(95.6±2.9)分、实践操作技能考核成绩(92.5±3.3)分及理论知识考核成绩(95.2±3.4)分均优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童留置针规范留置管理中应用持续质量改进措施可以显著提高护理人员的实践操作技能以及理论知识水平,减少风险事件发生次数,提高患儿家长对护理工作的认可度,降低护患纠纷发生率。。Objective To explore and analyze the role of applying continuous quality improvement measures in the standardized indwelling management of pediatric indwelling needles.Methods Thirty pediatric nurses who worked at the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from May 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Before the implementation of continuous quality improvement from May 2020 to May 2021,and after the implementation of continuous quality improvement from June 2021 to June 2022,the impact of standardized retention management of pediatric needles before and after implementation was compared.Results After implementation,the average monthly occurrence of risk events for intravenous indwelling needles(0.4±0.1)times,the complaint rate from the patient's family members to nurses(6.67%)points,the occurrence rate of nurse patient disputes(3.33%),the nursing quality score(95.6±2.9)points,the practical operation skill assessment score(92.5±3.3)points,and the theoretical knowledge assessment score(95.2±3.4)points were all better than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement measures in the standardized management of pediatric indwelling needles can significantly improve the practical skills and theoretical knowledge level of nursing staff,reduce the frequency of risk events,increase the recognition of nursing work by parents of children,and reduce the incidence of nurse patient disputes.
