The rational layout of metropolitan hospitals is important basis for constructing high-quality medical sys⁃tem. To optimize the spatial layout of metropolitan hospitals,it is necessary not only to solve the problem of“diffi⁃cult and expensive medical treatment”in daily life, but also to strengthen the capacity of medical service supply un⁃der emergency conditions. With the help of computational social science,it developed an agent-based simulation platform for spatial allocation and layout of urban medical resources, discussing residents’location choice and medi⁃cal behavior under different layout scenarios such as point-axis and cluster. The rationality and effectiveness of different modes of resource allocation in normal and emergency conditions were inspected dynamically. The simulation results show that in daily life, the residents’spatial distribution of point-axis layout is more uniform, and the accessibility of medical treatment is slightly better than that of“cluster”mode. However,in the emergency scenario, the spatial accessibility of the whole medical resource system in the cluster mode is more stable, and the urban resilience is significantly better than that in the point-axis mode.
