摘 要:针对双层绕组盘式横向磁通永磁电机(DTFM)所存在的U型定子铁心内周向槽利用不充分、转矩密度和转矩品质较差等问题,本文提出了一种四层绕组DTFM。该电机在外径和槽满率不变的情况下,将U型定子铁心内齿径向向内移动一定距离并添加相应绕组匝数,充分利用了内周向槽,具有定子易加工、转矩密度和功率因数高等优点。首先,将该电机等效为盘式电机并推导功率尺寸方程;其次,对比分析了四层绕组DTFM与双层绕组DTFM的空间磁场强度分布、空载反电动势、转矩密度、转矩品质和功率因数等电磁特性,然后,利用响应面法与多目标粒子群算法相结合的优化策略,实现四层绕组DTFM的输出转矩和齿槽转矩优化;最后,基于多目标优化算法结果试制样机,并进行空载和负载实验分析,验证了所提样机的优越性和设计方法的可行性。A four layer winding DTFM is proposed for the solving of the problems of the double layer winding DTFM,such as insufficient utilization of the inner-circumferential stator slot of the U-type stator core,poor torque density and torque quality.The new DTFM has the same outer diameter and slot fill rate,but the inner teeth of the U-type stator core are moved radially inward with certain distance and the corresponding winding turns are added,that makes the inner circumferential slot being fully utilized,which has the advantages of easy processing of the stator,high torque density and power factor.Firstly,the motor is equated to a disk motor and the power dimension equation is derived.Secondly,the electromagnetic characteristics of four winding DTFM and double winding DTFM,including spatial magnetic field intensity distribution,back-EMF,torque density,torque quality and power factor are compared and analyzed.Then,the optimization strategy combining response surface method and multi-objective particle swarm optimization is used to achieve the optimization of output torque and cogging torque of four-layer windings DTFM.Finally,a prototype was fabricated based on the results of the multi-objective optimization,and no-load and load experiments are conducted to verify the superiority of the proposed prototype and the feasibility of the design method.
