摘  要:针对指挥通信系统可靠性研究过程存在的系统结构复杂、指标选择困难及参数难以量化等问题,论文提出了基于层次分析法和灰色关联分析法相结合的指挥通信系统可靠性指标体系构建方法。通过分析指挥通信系统可靠性的特点和影响因素,结合系统可靠性层次结构,运用层次分析法建立初始指标体系;采用灰色关联分析法对各类指标进行关联度计算,剔除与可靠性关联不强的指标;运用德尔菲法和相关性分析对指标进一步筛选优化。构建的指挥通信系统可靠性指标体系,综合考虑各种因素影响,实现主观分析与客观分析、定性分析与定量分析的有效结合。最后借助实例对该方法的合理性与适用性进行验证。Aiming at the problems of complex system structure,difficult index selection and difficult quantification of parameters in the process of reliability research of command and communication system,this paper proposes a method for constructing reliability index system of command and communication system based on the combination of AHP and grey relational degree.By analyzing the characteristics and influencing factors of the reliability of the command and communication system,combined with the hierarchical structure of the system reliability,the initial index system is established by using the analytic hierarchy process.The grey correlation analysis method is used to calculate the correlation degree of various indicators,and the indicators that are not strongly related to the reliability are eliminated.The indicators are further screened and optimized by using the Delphi method and correlation analysis.The constructed command and communication system reliability index system comprehensively considers the influence of various factors,and realizes the effective combination of subjective analysis and objective analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Finally,the rationality and applicability of the method are verified with the help of examples.
