摘 要:分别采用国产炭纤维和进口炭纤维制成针刺毡预制体,通过化学气相渗透工艺(CVI)制备了飞机炭刹车盘。从国产炭纤维的微观形貌、形成预制体的成型工艺以及制成炭刹车盘的热学性能、力学性能和摩擦性能等方面与进口炭纤维进行了对比研究。结果表明,采用国产炭纤维制备的针刺毡预制体的成型工艺和炭刹车盘的性能均与进口炭纤维相当,国产炭纤维制备飞机炭刹车盘具有较高的可行性。The needled felt performs were made from domestic carbon fiber and imported carbon fiber,respectively,and then the aircraft carbon brake disc was prepared by chemical vapor infiltration(CVI)process.The morphologies of domestic carbon fiber and imported carbon fiber,the forming process of perform,the thermal properties,mechanical properties and friction properties of carbon brake disc made from domestic carbon fiber and imported carbon fiber were studied.The results show that both the forming process and the performance of the carbon brake disc prepared by the domestic carbon fiber are similar to those of the carbon brake disc by the imported carbon fiber,indicating the higher production feasibility of the aircraft carbon brake disc made by the domestic carbon fiber.
