石墨电极用圆锥螺纹量规跨规格测量

摘　　要：石墨电极本体内螺纹和石墨接头外螺纹用圆锥螺纹环规与塞规进行检测。在使用的过程中,一种规格的石墨电极产品需要一种规格的环规和塞规,势必需要多种规格的测试量规,增加了生产成本。如何用一种规格的螺纹量规来测量不同规格的接头与电极成为关键。本文提出如何用Φ600 mm石墨电极量规测量Φ650 mm规格石墨电极产品检测方法,并展开讨论。The internal thread of the graphite electrode and the external thread of the graphite joint are tested with a cone thread ring gauge and a plug gauge.In the process,a specification of graphite electrode products need a specification of ring gauge and plug gauge,which is bound to need a variety of specifications of test gauges,and increases the cost.How to use a gauge of thread to measure different specifications of joints and electrodes becomes the key.This paper presents and discusses how to use 600 mm graphite electrode gauge to measure@650 mm graphite electrode products.
