夏热冬冷地区加热座椅个性化研究

摘　　要：个性化供暖具有节能和控制微热环境的能力。采用加热座椅的个性化供暖方式,分别在座椅的两侧和背部敷设加热膜,测量不同加热功率下3片加热膜的表面温度变化。通过真人热舒适实验研究了夏热冬冷地区,在较低的室内温度(12~16℃)下,改变加热膜的功率对人体局部和整体的热感觉改善情况。结果表明:室内温度为12℃时,加热座椅功率为35 W+40 W,基本满足人体热感觉要求,此时加热膜表面温度为34℃左右;室内温度为14℃时,加热座椅功率为35 W+40 W,满足人体热感觉要求,此时加热膜表面温度处于36℃左右;室内温度为16℃时,加热座椅功率为30 W+35 W,基本满足人体各个部位的热感觉要求,此时加热膜表面温度约为36℃。Personalized heating provides energy savings and the ability to control microthermal environments.Using the personalized heating method of heated seat,heating films are laid on both sides of the seats and on the back,and the indicative temperature changes of three heating films under different heating power are measured.Through the real human heat comfort experiment,the improvement of the local and overall heat sensation of the human body was studied in the hot summer and cold winter areas,and the power of the heating film was changed at a lower indoor temperature(12 to 16℃).The results show that:when the indoor temperature is 12℃,the heating seat power of 35 W and 40 W basically meets the human body's thermal feeling requirements,at this time the surface temperature of the heating film is about 34℃;when the indoor temperature is 14℃,the heating seat power of 35 W and 40 W meets the human body's thermal feeling requirements,at this time the surface temperature of the heating film is about 36℃;when the indoor temperature is 16℃,the heating seat power of 30 W and 35 W can basically meet the heating requirements of various parts of the human body,at this time the surface temperature of the heating film is about 36℃.
