摘  要:自东北电力辅助服务市场启动以来,对东北电网现役热电机组提出了严峻的挑战,同时随着城市规模不断扩大,供热面积逐年增加,火电企业尤其是热电企业在保民生、保稳定和保盈利、保生存之间必须寻求合理方向。各火电机组根据自身实际情况既要进行供热能力扩容,又要进行深度调峰灵活性改造。本研究介绍了京能(赤峰)能源发展有限公司(以下简称赤峰能源)#1机组高背压循环水供热及#1、#2机组高、低压旁路系统改造后联合供热进行深度调峰改造。改造分3个阶段进行,分别为高背压改造、旁路供工业抽汽改造、多级旁路联合供热改造。改造结果在供热期既保证了供热稳定(工业抽汽供应+居民采暖供应),又达到了调峰的目的。介绍了3个阶段的改造过程,并针对改造后的安全经济调整进行了数据分析和经济分析,以该公司的机组改造为例,最终阐述150 MW汽轮机灵活性增容改造在深度调峰中的多级旁路在复杂供热工况下的技术路线。Since the start of Northeast power auxiliary service market,it has posed a severe challenge to the thermal power units in service in Northeast power grid.With the continuous expansion of city scale and the increase of heating area year by year,thermal power enterprises,especially thermal power enterprises,must seek a reasonable direction between ensuring people's livelihood and stability and profit and survival.According to their own actual situation,each thermal power unit should not only expand the heating capacity,but also carry out deep peak shaving flexibility transformation.This paper introduces Jingneng(ChiFeng)Energy Development Co.Ltd(Hereinafter referred to as ChiFeng energy)#1 Unit high back pressure circulating water heating and#2 Unit while the high and low bypass of the unit is transformed,the combined heating is transformed into deep peak shaving.The transformation is divided into three stages,including high back pressure transformation,bypass for industrial steam extraction transformation and multi-stage bypass combined heating transformation.The results show that during the heating period,the heating stability(industrial extraction steam supply+residential heating supply)is ensured,and the purpose of peak load regulation is achieved.This paper introduces three stages of the transformation process,and carries out data analysis and economic analysis for the safety and economic adjustment after the transformation.Taking the unit transformation of Chifeng energy as an example,the paper finally expounds the technical route of the multi-stage bypass in the deep peak shaving of 150 MW steam turbine in complex heating conditions.
