摘　　要：[研究目的]西方高新技术企业对俄乌情报对抗的深度介入,为情报工作带来革命性新变化,成为影响冲突局势走向的关键因素之一。加强高新技术企业情报实践研究对维护我国国家安全、准确把握数字时代情报工作发展规律、提升我国情报工作水平具有重要价值。[研究方法]主要采用文献梳理和逻辑分析法,分析西方高新技术企业在俄乌冲突中的情报实践内容、特点及其对我国情报工作的启示。[研究结论]西方高新技术企业的预警情报和战场情报支持为乌军掌握实时战况、实施精准狙杀、确认目标身份、打击虚假信息立下汗马功劳,并将推动数字时代的情报工作向去中心化、公开化、智能化方向发展。鉴于此,我们应以加快情报技术转型升级、健全情报协作体系、强化高新技术企业监管为抓手,积极应对情报领域的风险和挑战,筑牢我国情报安全屏障。[Research purpose]The intelligence practice of western high-tech enterprises in the Russian Ukrainian conflict has become one key factor affecting the trend of the conflict situation.At present,there is few academic research about the intelligence practice of western high-tech enterprises in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.[Research method]This paper mainly uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis to analyze the content and characteristics of the intelligence practice of western high-tech enterprises in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine,especially its inspiration to China's intelligence work.[Research conclusion]Western high-tech enterprises play an important role in intelligence collection and analysis in the Russian Ukrainian conflict,and promote the development of intelligence work in the digital era to the direction of decentralization and intelligence.China should speed up the transformation and upgrading of intelligence technology,improve the"cross departmental"intelligence cooperation system,establish a data standardization and supervision mechanism,and actively respond to the risks and challenges in the intelligence field in the digital era.
