弱信号概念的各领域研究向度和理路构建

摘　　要：[研究目的]各领域不同的定义维度使弱信号概念愈发谲诡的同时也带来了弱信号的异构性,致使领域间的研究成果难以互相比较和学习,不利于弱信号研究的长远发展,因此,弱信号概念统一是当前亟待解决的问题之一。[研究方法]该文拟基于系统性文献综述法对2000—2022年5月WOS和CNKI的相关文献进行内容梳理与统计分析,划分出四大弱信号研究领域,整理出现有弱信号研究的五大向度,并通过本体-功能-价值三维构建理路尝试性地提出一种新的弱信号概念。[研究结论]归纳得出,各领域弱信号向度为“模糊、新颖、战略相关、影响不可预测且表现形式不定的信息”“与人们认知有一定差距的信息”“非独立的信息”“视角依赖的信息”“蕴含未来战略的信息”。在向度分析基础上,提出弱信号在本体上是对各类信息的一种感知,可能构成未来发展的指示;在功能上是组织决策的一种参考;在价值上是组织未来发展的核心资源,且三者之间呈现一种逐级递进、互相作用的闭环式关联关系。[Research purpose]The different definition dimensions in different fields make the concept of weak signals more changeable,thus brings about the heterogeneity of weak signals,which makes it difficult to compare and learn the research results in different fields,and is not conducive to the long-term development of weak signals research.Therefore,the unification of weak signals concept is one of the urgent problems to be solved.[Research method]Based on the systematic literature review method,this paper sorts out the contents and conducts statistical analysis of the relevant literature from WOS and CNKI from 2000 to May 2022 classifies the four major fields of weak signals research,sorts out the five dimensions of weak signals research,and tentatively proposes a new concept of weak signals through the"ontology-function-value"three-dimensional construction theory.[Research conclusion]It can be concluded that in various fields,weak signals are regarded as"fuzzy,novel,strategy-related,unpredictable and uncertain information""information with a certain gap between people's cognition""non-independent information""perspective-dependent information"and"information containing future strategy".Based on the existing concepts,this paper proposes that weak signals is a kind of perception of all kinds of information in ontology,which may be an indication of future development,a reference for organizational decision-making in function,and a core resource for the future development of the organization in value.Moreover,the three dimensions present a closed-loop correlation relationship which is progressive step by step and interactive.
